ECCAGEL

A natural occurring sodium Bentonite with high gelling, high viscosity
and good filter cake forming characteristics.
 
Principally designed for large hole drilling in the oil exploration industry,
but also used in applications where good gelling, high viscosity, and low
filter loss factors are important.
 
It is also used a drilling mud for many different drilling applications such
as off-shore oil drilling, and in the civil industry in slurry trenching
applications.
